- What are the objectives from the SOP?
- Are there enough number of SOPs for various important jobs and responsibilities?
- Does the SOP have the following fundamental building blocks of SOP: title, introduction, actors / stakeholders, and steps and with due consideration for the future use of the information?

- What were the main gaps identified? To what degree have they been filled?
- What has been the progress on the KPIs through the intervention?
- What is the reason for this good / poor progress?
- What impact has been created for the end beneficiary (previous levels vs current levels)?
- What could have been done to improve the outcome for the beneficiary?
- Should more resources have been allocated to improve the outcome?

- Define the need for the target social impact in detail. What is the motivation / cause for the intervention?
