What the numbers tell us
August saw strong issuance, but capital remained concentrated
18 Mainboard IPOs | INR 28,976 Cr raised
The four largest transactions accounted for ~60% of total Mainboard fundraising, with Manipal Health alone contributing ~32%. While IPO activity remains broad, larger issuers and transactions continue to account for a disproportionate share of capital formation.

SME IPO activity remained broad-based
22 IPOs | INR 1,219 Cr raised
14 of 22 issues raised less than INR 50 Cr, while the two largest offerings accounted for only ~28% of total capital raised. The SME market continues to provide broad access to public capital, even as individual transaction sizes remain relatively modest.
